Any person over the age of 16 may apply for membership by filling in a membership application form and returning it to the Corresponding Secretary. See the list on the right of the page.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of Victoria City Kennel Club (“the Club”).
Before submitting the application form, you have the option of attending one of the Club’s regular meetings, which are held usually the first Monday of each month. If you choose to do so, please contact the Corresponding Secretary to arrange a suitable opportunity.
Should you choose not to attend a meeting, fill this form out or download the form and send your application to the Corresponding Secretary who will forward it to the President of the Club.
A member of the Club will contact you to discuss the Club and to get to know each other better. At the next regular meeting of the Club, your application will be brought forward to the membership along with a summary of your discussion with the member.
At the subsequent meeting, your application will be voted on by the active members of The Club by secret ballot. Shortly after that meeting, you will be contacted and informed of the outcome of the vote.
If you are successful in your application, you will receive a copy of the Club’s constitution and bylaws, a calendar of events and a membership list.
