RV Parking - Saanich Fairgrounds
The show grounds will be open on Wednesday, July 8th, 2026 We will be setting up early on Wednesday morning - RV Parking will open at 10:30am our show will start early afternoon. This will be determined after the close of Entries.
VIDFA VCKC Summer Cluster – RVs, Day Tenting & Vendors Update
A Club Member will assist you with Parking on Tuesday when you arrive.
The Saanich Fairgrounds is allowing Tuesday night camping, AFTER 3:oo pm but you must move to your assigned spot Wednesday after 10:30 AM when sites have been marked.
Please pay for the extra night via the club website or e-transfer, if needed and complete the RV Reservation Form.
Vendors: Setup starts Wednesday at 8:30 AM (club members will assist).
Day Tenting: Setup after 10:30 AM Wednesday once spaces are marked.
We hope this helps avoid ferry changes and reduces stress.

RV Parking – Reservations
Parking personnel will assist you on arrival in locating your space and answering your questions.
We will have a limited number of Power RV Parking available. If we do not have a spot with Power available for your we will reimburse you the difference.
Please bring your own generators.
Generators are to be off between 11:00pm and 6:00am.
Sewage or gray water dumping is not permitted, at any time on the show grounds. RV’s found doing so will be told to leave and/or may be denied exhibiting in future years.
Abusive language or behaviour may result in the loss of parking privileges and expulsion from the show.
Please note: NO REFUNDS will be issued after the Close Date of the Show.
Please complete the RV Parking Form when paying for your Reservations.
A site map will be provided at a later date – you can request a section, your spot will be assigned to you.

Blocks of spots will be set aside for Specialty Clubs – please reserve by the end of May.

Most sites are 40′ L X 25′ W
Power (if available ) 110 V – 15 AMP
If you plan on using air conditioning for your unit – please bring your own generator.
There is an area to fill up on potable water upon arrival.
We can arrange pump out mid show*. Details to follow
